Hi I’m Billy/Easy as 1 2 PC.

I have been building, repairing and maintaining computers and laptops as both a hobby and as a career for the last 20 or so years. Over those years I have gained qualifications and experience in resolving I.T. issues for both large Business users (company/staff support) to assisting the general public.

I am a Microsoft Certified professional as well as Comptia qualified. I have experience of working with Server hardware and software and therefore know how a lot of things work behind the scenes. I have supported the general public working on an I.T. desk that provided 3rd party support to customers of a Major UK Internet Service Provider. The support included resolving internet issues through to re- installing Windows and Mac OS via the telephone. I have also provided support to both Commercial and Public users to setup Wi-Fi and access to their email either on their home system or on their Smart Phone.

A lot of my experience comes from self education but in recent years I have also participated in Microsoft Beta and customer review programmes for Windows Vista and Windows 7 which has given me experience to support them when they launched.

I may not know the answer to every question I am asked but I do know where I can find the answer and help you solve your problems.
